pepperF1SH

This post is the third in a series of posts about the adventure of building the world’s lightest brushless FPV quadcopter: project pepperF1SH.

After doing some more hover tests (2:30 @35g = 87mAh — yay!) and thinking about how to mount parts i came up with an improved frame design:

For the motors I will use only 2 screws to save some weight (probably 2.5g instead of 3.xg). The Design got a bit thinner in the middle to save some more weight. I also added four holes to have the option to mount some bumpers some day. Cutting in 0.8mm CFK is on its way, I will have the boards around christmas 🙂
